Housing Application and Contract
Applying for housing is easy and fast!
Living on campus is the most convenient way to live and learn!
Apply for housing by submitting the online housing application first. After you finish, you will be asked to submit the $35 application fee via credit or debit card.
After you finish the application you will need to complete the housing contract. This is where you confirm your intent to live on campus, and choose your room and meal plan options. This reserves your bed space for the year. After you finish, you will be asked to submit the $75 contract fee deposit via credit or debit card.
In early July, you will receive an email with your hall assignment and roommate contact information. Get in touch with your roommate to get to know each other better and to coordinate what to bring!
Residence halls open for occupancy in late August. Information about moving into the residence halls will be included with your hall assignment information.
Additional days contract
If you will be staying in the halls during a time that they are typically closed, such as Thanksgiving break, winter break or spring break, you will need to request and purchase additional days through the Additional Days Contract.
