UAS Fire and HAZMAT Response Training

Developed with an input from local and county fire response officials, this four-day program will result in attendees acquiring the skills necessary to operate UAS for fire and HAZMAT emergency response. Utilizing K-State's industry-leading technology, pilots will learn the best ways to incorporate UAS into their fire and emergency response agencies. Simulated scenarios of a structure fire, highway accident and train derailment will take place at Crisis City Training Center.
