Registration fee includes meeting materials, lunch, and morning and afternoon snacks. Travel and lodging support is available, please see Travel Support section on this page.

Travel Support

Financial support for meeting participants is available to cover the cost of flights, rental cars, lodging, and meal per diem. The deadline to submit for travel support is Thursday, August 15. 

Individuals are responsible for booking all travel on their own to attend the meeting. After the MDBH Program, those that submitted the form will be sent a link to upload their travel receipts and a W-9 form to be reimbursed. 

All expenses, including meal per diem, will be reimbursed at the approved State of Kansas rate. Current approved rates can be found on the U.S. General Services Administration website

Please note that employees and students of universities that are listed under the NSF Grant are not eligible for travel support. These institutions include University of North Dakota, University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Iowa State University, and Kansas State University.
