Director of Aviation - K-State Polytechnic
Harvard Group International is excited to partner with Kansas State University College of Technology and Aviation in its search for a new Director of Aviation located on the Kansas State University Polytechnic campus in Salina, Kansas.
The successful candidate will be a well-rounded civil aviation professional with proven business leadership experience in leading diverse colleagues and peers, as well as a successful track record of good financial stewardship and decision making. The candidate will be a good project manager, exhibit a solid knowledge of aviation regulations and compliance standards, be technology savvy in the use of campus-related computer systems and software, possess a strong commitment to the balanced growth and professional advancement of the team, demonstrate a record of success in development and advancement including experience with community outreach activities and hosting events, and have international experience that relates to the college's growing international focus. Reporting to the Dean, the Director of Aviation will play a principal role in advancing the college, the success of its students, academic programs and engagement with the aviation industry, local community and greater Kansas State University community.
