Kansas State University Polytechnic campus is committed to providing undergraduate researchers with the opportunity to explore their interests and develop new, innovative ideas to help support and advance their future professions. The Undergraduate Research Showcase is a campus-wide event that encourages undergraduate students at all levels and in all programs to design, implement, and assess a large-scale research project related to YOUR interests and academic/professional goals.
Participants in the Undergraduate Research Showcase will develop a research project with the help of a faculty sponsor of their choice, then submit a complete research report and presentation on their project to a panel of faculty judges.
All participants are encouraged to, following the showcase, submit your research report and findings to any applicable conferences for presentation.
The award recognizes and promotes outstanding scholarship among K-State Polytechnic's undergraduate students. The prize is a scholarship through Kansas State University. The prize will be split among members if the application is a team project.
