About the Program

The bachelor's degree in applied business and technology, formerly technology management, combines a marketable skill learned at the university level with the management education necessary to allow for rapid advancement in the industry.

Applied business and technology students take courses in management, accounting and marketing, as well as other critical elements of business.The technology concentration consists of university level training in nearly any skill area except business.

On campus and online

  • Classes are taught at the K-State Polytechnic and Manhattan campuses.
  • Most of the courses required for the applied business and technology degree are also available through distance learning options, making this program convenient for students in other locations.
