February 15, 2017!
The Networking Fair is a chance to meet a variety of students while sharing information about your organization. This is an opportunity for you to network with students from various majors and discuss possible internship opportunities, co-op positions, or full-time positions.
Networking Fair Details
Date: Wednesday, February 15, 2017
- Employer Check-In and Set Up: 9:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
- Optional Campus Tour: 10:30 am
- Lunch with Faculty: 11:45 am
- Networking Fair: 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Location: College Center, K-State Polytechnic campus, Salina, KS
Deadline to register: Please register for the Networking Fair by January 31, 2017.
Each employer will be provided an 8 foot table, two chairs, two lunch passes, and electricity if requested. Registration is limited to the first twenty employers. For questions, please contact Professional Education and Outreach at 855-552-0079.
Travel to Campus
If you are traveling east or west on I-70, stay on I-70 until the I-70/I135 interchange. Travel south on I-135 to the Magnolia St. exit (No. 90). Go west on Magnolia to Centennial Rd. Turn right and proceed to the K-State Polytechnic campus.
If you are traveling north or south on I-135, take the Magnolia St. exit (No. 90). Go west on Magnolia to Centennial Rd. Turn right and proceed to the K-State Polytechnic campus.

Getting Around Campus
The Networking Fair will be held in the College Center, number 8 on the K-State Polytechnic campus map.
Parking: Attendees of the Networking Fair will receive one parking pass to utilize on the day of the fair. Additional passes can be purchased in the Business Office located on the second floor of the College Center.
Displays and materials for the Networking Fair may be mailed to the Department of Professional Education and Outreach. For information regarding shipment and delivery of displays, contact 855-552-0079. Please include company name in mailing address:

Cancellation and Refund
Cancellations must be received by K-State Polytechnic Professional Education & Outreach by 5:00 pm on February 3, 2016. Refunds will only be honored if the cancellation is received by the registration deadline. Cancellations received after the deadline, are not eligible for a refund. Registrants who do not cancel their registration are responsible for the registration fee even if they do not attend and have not paid the fee.
K-State Polytechnic Professional Education & Outreach may cancel or postpone any course or activity because of insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. If the event is canceled or postponed, the Professional Education & Outreach office will refund registration fees, but cannot be held responsible for costs, charges, or expenses, including cancellation/change charges assessed by airlines, hotels, or travel agencies.
Registration for this event gives consent for photographs, publicity, and inclusion on the participant list unless Professional Education & Outreach is notified in writing at email@example.com prior to the start date.
A conference or noncredit program participant who needs accommodations due to a disability or special dietary requirements should indicate services needed at the time of registration.
