Leadership and Engagement in Multi-Generational Workplaces

As employee diversity in workplaces increase, there is greater need to find commonalities in order to foster effective communication and maintain productivity. Discover through a unique blend of storytelling, improvisation, and action methods how you can increase your engagement with your team or employees and improve your leadership skills.

In this immersive workshop, participants will learn the value of sharing a basic personal story and how it can positively change the dynamic of an entire group. In addition, participants will learn how to invite important stories from their employees and coworkers and how to listen in a way that increases the trust and respect needed in effective leadership.

Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:

  • Identify their own important personal stories that can motivate others
  • Understand how they approach and interact with others in the work place and in partnerships and invite effective communications.
  • Increase their awareness of navigating multi-generational workplaces and partnerships.
